Comment Policy and Getting Help


Yes, it is true, I may not respond to your comments. Before you beat me up, hear me out… As you may have noticed I have disabled comments on my website. This is simply done for simplicity’s sake. I thought it might be easier to have all comments coming though youtube. Now, I am not sure how much time I will have in answering troubleshoot type questions, thus why I say I might not be able to answer all comments. I do encourage lots of comments just don’t be offended if I don’t answer or if the answer happens to be super short. Now, I don’t want to leave you high and dry so check out these links. These are great websites that will help you get your questions answered by people that are much more knowledgeable then me.                    

If you do have a problem, these are the best steps… First, you should read the fine manual, or RTFM for short. If you ever see RTFM on a forum, this is what that acronym stands for. Second, attempt to google your issue, remember google (or any search engine) is your friend! If a quick search doesn’t work then  check out forums and see if your question has already been answered. You can also check our IRC channels to get your question answered too. If all of this fails, then your next option would be to post something on a forum in hopes someone will answer your question. Hopefully by this point you will have your question or questions answered. Good luck!
