Learn how to install Linux in a virtual box. This way you can test and run two operating systems at once. No need to restart windows to use Linux. You can run Linux “inside” the windows operating system. Keep in mind Linux will be much slower when compared to a full blown install. Also, this does require some beefier hardware. This is a fantastic way to try out Linux before doing a full blow install. I use virtual box all the time in Linux to test software with out messing up my main Linux install.  Yes you can have Linux running inside Linux. This is a great way to test stuff in a “sandbox” type environment.
